Ah, my precious 18th birthday pressie!!
My Tissot rock watch (sorry about the brand name dropping but I really like it!)
I don't know what kind of rock it is but it is lovely.
The original leather strap has long since died of natural causes, as have the subsequent three replacement straps.
There may be a fashion cycle with these, as there are with most things, but I think it's unique and unusual so as to be outside of fashion, and reliable, elegant and timeless.
